Platform in ÉSA garden, Nuit Blanche exhibition, Paris (France), 2014
Architects : Thomas Raynaud & UHO
Assistants : Marc-Antoine Galup & Romain Plantrou
Students : Léna Arsenijevic, Joséphine Bourat, Aurélia Ducatillon, Mathias Gomart, Ju-Mi Kim, Martin Paquot & Natacha Perez
This project was the result of a workshop with the students at École Spéciale d'Architecture. Firstly thought as an exhibition space for the students' art works, the platform has become a free surface, possibly occupied by anyone. Its flatness and slightly-raised level, inserted in this topographically difficult context seemed to be the only necessary parameters for allowing other possible uses of the garden.
